ABOUT DERP STORM
You rolled a 20 and successfully found the website description!
Born from a passionate forum community, Derp Storm celebrates entertainment in all its glorious forms — from video games and tabletop adventures to books, movies, and TV series. We’re proudly eclectic, diving into whatever sparks joy across our community.
Our site features dedicated content hubs where you can explore everything we’ve gathered on your favorite game, show, book, or film. We don’t chase breaking news — there are plenty of sites that do that brilliantly. Instead, we focus on thoughtful reviews, fan-driven insights, and community conversation.
At our core, we believe reviews are personal. Every opinion is shaped by individual experience, and that’s something we embrace. You might not agree with us (we often don’t agree with each other), and that’s the fun of it. We welcome your voice — whether it’s a comment, a counterpoint, or your own review. We’re here to share and chat.
Derp Storm still proudly hosts the communities that helped us grow (C117 Games, Another Dungeon and Here be Games). Our base is strong, our members are passionate, and we’re always excited to welcome new faces — no matter your tastes, fandoms, or quirks.
So come join the community and have fun!

A biodegradable human of no particular importance Dave thrives on community engagement, entertainment, and the noble pursuit of snacks.
From the early days of crafting Console Companion magazine (1997), launching cheats.com.au, and building the Another Dungeon review site, to game development with C117 Games, running the Here Be Games board game shop, and hosting “mini-PAX” style game days — Dave has always chased the joy of content creation and shared fun.
Whether it’s jumping into a game or chatting on Discord, Dave’s always up for a good laugh, a deep dive, or a friendly debate so hit me up!
